By accessing or using NiceQRCode, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily use NiceQRCode for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without explicit authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in NiceQRCode
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

You agree not to use NiceQRCode to:

• Create QR codes containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Spam or harass other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NiceQRCode and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the QR codes you create, but grant us a license to store and display them as necessary to provide the service.

The materials on NiceQRCode are provided on an 'as is' basis. NiceQRCode makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall NiceQRCode or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on NiceQRCode, even if NiceQRCode or a NiceQRCode authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
