Getting Started
How do I create my first QR code?
Simply go to the QR Generator page, enter your content (URL, text, etc.), customize the design, and click Generate. Your QR code will be ready in seconds!
Do I need an account to create QR codes?
You can create basic QR codes without an account. However, creating an account allows you to track scans, manage multiple QR codes, and access advanced features.
What types of QR codes can I create?
You can create QR codes for URLs, text, email addresses, phone numbers, WiFi credentials, and more. We support all standard QR code formats.
Account & Billing
How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to Settings > Pricing & Plans, select the plan you want, and click Upgrade. You'll be guided through the payment process.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and process payments securely through Square. Enterprise customers can arrange custom billing.
Features & Usage
How do I track QR code scans?
When you create a QR code with tracking enabled, you can view scan analytics in your dashboard. This includes scan count, location, device type, and more.
Can I customize the appearance of my QR codes?
Yes! You can customize colors, add logos, change patterns, and adjust error correction levels. Premium plans offer even more customization options.
Is there an API available?
Yes! Professional and Business plans include API access. Check out our API documentation for details on integrating QR code generation into your applications.

NiceQRCode works on all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend using the latest version for the best experience.

Can I export my QR codes?
Yes! You can download QR codes in PNG, SVG, or PDF formats. Export resolution varies by plan: Starter (250px max), Professional (500px max), Business (1000px max), Enterprise (2000px max). Upgrade your plan for higher resolution exports.
